Veterans' Preference

What is Veterans' Preference?

The Veterans' Preference program has been established to ensure that veterans who apply for open positions with Utah State University will be given the opportunity to interview if they meet the minimum qualifications of the position.

Utah State University is dedicated to equal opportunity and appreciate the experience that veterans bring to our workforce. Along with helping veterans adjust to civilian life, we understand that recruiting from the military community provides a strategic competitive advantage for Utah State University.
